Rose pest control driver cut me off twice on vandyke and 9 mile without using his turn signal.

I had noticed a problem with cockroaches in our home, and decided to call Ottawa Pest Removal after careful deliberation. After the treatment process, the cockroaches were completely gone with no issues thereafter. The service was very prompt and the technician was extremely well qualified. I highly recommend this company.

This place sucks. They did an awful half ass job. Paid an arm and a leg to have the guy in my house for 2 minutes and our house was infested with ants and flies. The guy they sent didn’t know anything about bugs. Ridiculous. Still had ants and flies everywhere until we had Hunters pest control come out and took the problem away spent more time in just one part of our house than the guy from this place in our whole house. He knew exactly where the problem was and even gave us free fly killer smells. While the guy from orkin told us there wasn’t anything they could do about the flies and would have to come back after paying 150$ to come back every month 99$ dollars a month. It’s only a money making scheme they purposely don’t fix the problem so they can have reoccurring customers.

Excellent job! Greg was very helpful and professional in taking care of our ant problem. I would say I would use him again but he did such a good job I don’t think I’ll have to. He uses not toxic applications which worked out great for my animals. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Greg!
