Last week my hubby discovered one of the vents on the side of our home was broken. I was very concerned that we now had mice or other critters roaming through our ventilation system! I emailed for help and Ashley responded right away, setting us up with an inspection time. Sean came by earlier than expected and called right away with an update. Thankfully the vent damage was not animal related, which relieved me greatly! He then went on to explain how we could fix the problem and addressed other issues regarding our home. This was above and beyond what I expected from our inspection. We're so pleased with their rapid response, courteous emails/calls, and helpful advice. Thank you Sean and Ashley!

The service was fantastic. We have a few mice or rodent issues every few years, the pest control expert from pest police came in within 30 minutes of calling and setup some professional locked bait stations and informed me on the best locations and entry points. I now have a better manage on my office mouse problems. I decided to have them come back every month to check the activity and refill the bait stations. The monthly service was very reasonable and he gave me a discount as a first time customer. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of any unwanted visitors.

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I'm a local business owner who has been in business over 20 years in Oakland county. I have never been treated with such distain, hostility and indifference when trying to give someone my money. It's pathetic. My advice... Find a local pest control company that practices some accountability. And appreciates the people who keep them in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!
