I have used All Seasons Pest Control for approximately 4 years. I live 1 block from a creek so there is a potential for spiders and centipedes. I can't have my interior treated because I have 2 kitties so I have the perimeter treated twice a year or as soon as I see the other. They have a 6 month guarantee that they truly do honor. They are safe, professional and exceed any and all expectations. They are also extremely cost effective. Can't ask for more.

THANK YOU NOTE TO PRO-TECH TEAMS MENBERS pro-tech is a extermination company that calls them self pro-tech well many of us knows why!!! pro= professional! tech = technician! i personally had the pleasure to meat a couples of Pro-Tech team members! well more then my point of view! they are professional technician! fully license, certified, environmental friendly, pest control company that actually take there time and effort to actually solve your pest problems at the source! i have also personally dealt whit other company (( no manes needed )) as so many people other people i know !! what ever where the pest prob (( beg bugs, roaches, mice, rats, ants, fleas, bee, flies ext....)) some place prices was so darn expensive was crazy! some where cheap price! yet none got good result that was even close to be satisfying!!! again i personally and many of my friends got in contact whit pro-tech we got way more then are satisfaction!! pro-tech prices are really accurate and reasonable for all the quality service you get!! they actualy take the time to collects all the info they need to determine the sources of your problem,, each technician takes the time to explain what product or traps and where exactly he will be applying any of his product plus sense this company is really base on pest solving problem they are company that also offer a flexibility on the warranty plans as much as a payment plans all the above and more to insurance a satisfaction guaranty here is some of Pro-Tech team i am more then please and satisfied to raise my hat and say a huge thank you!! they have help me and many others whit are pest problem!!! I called a bunch of places around Ottawa to check out my balcony as I was almost sure that bats were coming around and leaving little presents. Nature’s Way is the only place that returned my call in a timely manner. They listened to my concern and booked a technician just two days later. Trevor the technician was fantastic he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the available options. He really took the time to inspect (at no cost) inform me and just work with me on the issue. I’m happy with the service and attention he gave.

The Rx pest control Company was fast and reliable. They guided me through everything I didn’t understand.Two exceptional thumbs way up.

These Vets showed up the same day to take down my yellow jacket nest that stung my dog. I'm so relieved they came out and removed the nest the same day unlike the other companies I called that wanted to make this a multiple appointment/charge me more for the removal of the nest 3 days later. Thanks Mike and Dave, you guys have a customer for life

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I contacted Lee on March 7, 2018 on a recommendation from a friend. I explained to him that we saw a bat on our roof and saw it crawl into the corner of one of our dormers. Asked Lee if they handled bat removal - he said Yes. We arranged for him to come out and inspect our attic which he did. His findings were minimal and bat activity appeared to be localized in one small area and noted only one point of entry. He suggested we wait until the weather broke and becomes warmer when bats are more active before he comes back to place the bat door. He also suggested we have all other possible points of entry sealed - we had that done. He never followed up with us. I finally called him early JULY on like a Wednesday or Thursday. He vaguely remembered who I was and what situation we were dealing with. I replayed all that happened and why I as calling now - the weather has been warm for a while now so we would like you to come place the bat door. He asked that I call him back on Monday. Weird, but ok. I waited and called him Monday morning. No answer. I left message. Later that afternoon, I called back. Lee answered. Explained who I was and he said he was busy and not able to make it out that day. He asked that I text him my address and he would be out BY Wednesday to install door. Even told me, no one has to be home since I don’t need access to inside the house. Cool! Sent him my info. Today is Wednesday!! I took a pic of the roof and sent it to him so he would remember exactly which corner to apply the door. It’s damn near 3:00 pm and Lee has yet to arrive. I call him. He answers and tells me, “I’m really backed up with work, if you need someone to come out immediately you will need to call someone else!” My friend is still my friend however this has got to be the most unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Red flags from the very first encounter and I should have made other arrangements. So for 5 whole months we’ve been living with the knowledge that we have bats in our attic and Lee doesn’t seem to think that a home owner would want That situation handled swiftly!! Highly offended and a little embarrassed that I allowed him to drag me along for so long!!!

Contacted the company and they came the same day and at the time promised. We have squirrels in the attic (at least we think it's squirrels) and the technician seemed knowledgeable and was very courteous and set up traps. It'll take a couple of weeks to know if the problem is solved but the initial contact was and impression was favorable.

They are good

Absolutely useless company. Their contractors are very rude and curse if you don't agree with their opinions. We had a squirrel making holes in the apartment and all they did is patch holes. It kept making more holes and got through while I was away and ransacked our place. The contractors didn't check the outside of the house properly to look at all the point of entries. Nor did they check the roof. If you want urgent service, then forget it. They will take days to inspect the situation.

I called a couple places for prices. The price was the same as 2 others and better than the rest. That said the customer service here was excellent!!! I was educated on my first call and know exactly what to expect.

Trent was honest and upfront about our rodent issue. He was very helpful and a very kind person in general! Overall super happy with the inspection I recieved.
