Pest Control

If Dominion Pest Control was the last exterminator on earth I would still advise against using their services. I have been living in my apartment for 4 and a half years and apparently early in the summer (mid May/early June) someone moved in and brought the building the pleasure of dealing with bedbugs. It is now almost November (5 months later!) and despite numerous sprayings and a fogging, which would never be effective to treat bedbugs since you have to have contact with the pests in order to kill them with these methods, and I am still dealing with them coming into my apartment after each failed attempt to treat by Dominion. I am a property manager and have been for 4 years and it seems as though I am more knowledgeable on how to effectively treat bedbugs, which would be heat treatments. FYI Dominion doesn’t even offer this service. My entire building was fogged yesterday and I was bit last night and found live bedbugs on my son’s mattress, which has a sealed cover on it. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your pest control needs!

Responsive, friendly, informative. Highly recommended. They responded quickly to my call about a carpenter any infestation at my home. The technician was eager to answer all my questions. He gave me all the info on the pesticide used, which put me at ease that it was a safe product to use around my family. The infestation was gone once the pesticide took effect. And the price was very reasonable.

This was our very first time using Big Blue Bug. My husband loves Tony's weekly radio show and this is why we called them. The initial treatment was today. We were pleasantly surprised at their technician, Jeb. He came in, explained the process and answered any questions we had. He took the time needed to do a great and thorough job. We both were very impressed with him. Good job Big Blue Bug for hiring people that so positively reflect your company.

Yankee Pest Control is as good as it gets. First of their is experience and knowledge is incredible. I know first hand they are above and beyond when it comes to knowing about locating and treating pests and I am in a very related field so I can speak from professional experience. Secondly, the amount of veterans this company employs is a testament to their good nature. Additionally, I have called over to them several times for professional advice and they have always followed up without hesitation quickly and for no guarantee of benefit for themselves. Naturally because they have been so great to me my wife has used them for her business and she was very impressed. I don't think there are many other companies as good as this in general, let alone pest companies. Customer for life :)

Jeff was the technician, and he always does a very through job. We are very pleased.

Had a massive ant issue come out of no where. All I can say is they came in, did their job at a very reasonable price. Not your typical company, they are real professionals!
