Pet

Bought our arowana and flower horn here. Owner is very knowledgeable and has wide selection of fishes!

Good service and we're we get are cat food

We love the selection the store has and the staff is super knowledgeable. Gotta love it when Otto welcomes you!

Our rescue doodles, Oliver and Gus, are the most beautiful boys, thanks largely to Darryl and the staff at White Lotus. Not only do they get to look great, they get to play with their buddies in daycare, which has brought two traumatized dogs to become everyone's friends. Guaranteed to fall asleep as soon as they get home! The foods available are excellent - and much better-liked than the previous "premium" foods we used to get. We consider the White Lotus crew friends - for us and for our Boys. Can't recommend them highly enough - they really care for the animals - as witnessed by the kisses our boys give them at each grooming. Go ahead - try them out - you'll see why we are sold on this place... and Ollie and Gus will love to get to know your special family too.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff

Very knowledgeable & they have a great selection of foods!

Our wedding day was even more perfect thanks to Tiffaney at Barks and Bubbles. From looking after our dogs for 2 nights in the doggie hotel, to the best grooming our 2 fur babies have ever had, to driving them out to our out of town wedding venue on the hottest day of the year, and even managing to get our Peanut to socialize with other dogs, this was an amazing experience. I would recommend Barks and Bubbles for all of your pet's needs, and look forward to bringing our dogs there again very soon!! Thank you so much! PS - the dog hotel area in store looks like tons of fun if I was a dog haha

I brought my very long haired cat in to be groomed and to have her shaved around chest and leg joints and belly areas (this winter her skin was so dry and flaky it was causing her to mat, and she hates being brushed in the above mentioned areas). I paid $56 for said grooming...brought her home and had to brush her fur everywhere that she was not shaved, as they evidently DID NOT do it themselves (which they should have done, as it's part of the grooming service/cost!). I paid for a full grooming, and all they did was clip her claws and shave her in the areas specified above. When brushing her upon arriving home, the comb/brush pulled out 7 small mats, and I ended up with 5 HUGE bundles of fur once I was done - if they had of brushed her fur out, there's no way I'd have ended up with that many bundles of fur from her!! The WORST grooming service EVER....huge waist of money! Should have spent our money on pet clippers and clipped her myself! Will NOT go back to this place!!!

Can't find phone number or hours on line!

Very well kept, healthy fish. Nice selection.

They have the best quality feeder fish for the best price. The ones I buy from them for my rain barrels have the best survival rate.

A Wonderful Place for an Adoption Event

Best groomer ever!!!

This review is specifically for the St. vital location as this is the only one I have shopped at. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, but also a delight to talk to. I have had ONE issue with a damaged product, but the resolution was more than what I would have asked for. 10 stars across the board.

Left my four cats here for five days. Laura took great care of them and as angry and frightened as they were at me, I knew they were in good hands.
