Having a long-haired cat as a family member can be a trial. It's easy to see that Kathy cares for her feline clients and their human families and although cats generally don't enjoy doing anything humans want, my kitty doesn't seem to -hate- the experience by any measure. In cat terms, indifference is a huge win! Kathy has given me tips on how to maintain my kitty's fur at optimum between grooming, and my cat and my home are much better for it!
