Pet

I truly feel that Debbie"s heart is into watching my dogs. I feel my dogs are well taken care of when I leave them in her care. They are safe in their own little enclosures and I trust her completely.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff steered me towards some new food for our dog

Bentley's is freakin awesome! My forever one stop shop for my little furry friend!

Always kind and friendly, beautiful clean location.

Good supply of dog food, friendly staff, just wish they had a store closer

Very friendly, helpful staff. Store always looks very clean. Reasonably priced.

Everytime I walk in I'm immediately greeted by someone with a huge smile. All the employees are pretty well trained in most animals. Expensive prices, but worth the visit and fun for you and the pets.

I went to this store yesterday with my friend because we were interested in adopting the cats. There were some other cats in another room. We asked one staff can we get into that room to see the rest of the cats, and then, another staff interrupted and talked to us like "Are you international students?". We said "Yes.". And then she said "No. we don't provide them to international students." I can totally understand the concern and this policy. However, we hadn't decided to take the cat home. That staff disrespected me and my friend. Her attitude made me feel really uncomfortable. She could speak in a friendly tone but she didn't. It made me feel like I was driven away. Never ever come again.

Friendly service, always offer to help me with my bags, and a great selection

Great place, friendly people.

We had a scare with our small dog. He snuck out of the house behind my 13 year old son. I went to walk through the kennels of the lost and found. They were clean and the staff was very compassion and understanding. My "guide" even spoke baby talk to some of the dogs as we went through...he very clearly loves his job and animals!

Have taken our dog to Sheryl for years. Great place!

Very friendly employees.

Employees are always very helpful and in general, knowledgeable about the animals. I've been here many times over the past several years, and never had a problem. Plus they are fantastic at making my children comfortable and letting them pet the animals as long as they follow the rules, of course.

We love Bentley’s! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection of food, treats & more.
