The staff were really helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my feeding issues with my senior cat. Provided good options for dry food to replace a food that is not being made anymore.

Very friendly staff

I started going here with my puppy about 8 years ago and I have always had great experiences. The price is great compared to others and they've always done great work. My dog appears comfortable going there and content and excited upon pick up, and she always looks great! Thankyou so much for the job you do. It's not an easy job with so many different breeds of dogs and temperaments to keep them still for a haircut, grooming and bath.

I take my spaniel here for grooming every couple months. The staff are wonderful! Highly recommend!

Called. They answered with just hello. I asked if they were the groomers. They couldn't hear me. I asked if they do pet grooming. They said, "no we don't have a pet at home, goodbye"

We visited for 1st time today. Wonderful cats all of them...lots of room for them to roam, sleep, play and scratch. They all got along so well. We fell in love with George...wanted to take him home but we already have 4 cats. He would make a great pet. Actually they all would make good pets. We were patrial to George it there were many that were equally as nice. Consider this place if considering adopting. The layout gives you a good opportunity to really see their personalities and how they interact with other cats and people.

Took my cat here a few months ago for the first and last time. They called me to pick her up and told me she'd had a nosebleed due to stress while she was "in their care". She'd been to other groomers previously with no similar report. When I took her out of the carrier I could see she still was covered in hair & dander, and her nails were not even clipped. If your only job is to professionally groom my pet in a safe manner for the small amount of time you have her, and you are not able to do so- then why are you in business?? We will never be back.

PLEASE read this review before you decide to give this place a chance! I used this grooming service twice and I will NEVER EVER! EVER! EVER! come here again! Before my first visit I've asked around and read reviews. Despite the low ratings and the negative reviews I decide to give them a try. A, this place is very convenient. B, dogs can be difficult and I should not shut them down just because they might had a difficult one. First time was great consider my pup was pretty matted but the second time was just all kinds of wrong! Second time she wasn't nearly as matted as the first time. She came back with two cuts, untrimmed nails, uncleaned ears, shaved down to nothingness and still managed to be uneven. When I went to picked her up knowing that being a 10 months old pup she could be difficult at times I asked if everything was ok. However, I got no mention on the cuts and all the jobs that they weren't able to finish, and I was charged full $60 dollars!!! When I called back with no surprise Val the owner blamed it on my dog for being skittish. Did not apologize a word. She tried to tell me the redness is from the matts pulling the skin when CLEARLY is a small piece of skin missing!! I can't send pictures I have to bring my dog in so she can take a closer look to see what it really is. REALLY? WHAT COULD IT BE VAL?? WHAT COULD IT BE? My dog came out from your store that day, you were there! You are telling me without seeing the actual dog you can't be sure what it is?? Also not owning up your mistake and even lied to me when I asked if everything was ok that says a lot about your business ethics!! This is the lesson learned for giving such business a try. Never again!

We got a 15 fish from them, and within a couple of days 90% of our fish had all died. Over 30 fish in total died. we took them all in and they told us we had over feed them. It's our own fault we can't get warranty on them. A week after this we still had fish dying so we took all our plant out to clean the tank, we put the plants in a separate container of water, after a couple hours we found that it was completely alive with worms. Our fish and fish tank were completely health before we added the new fish, the fish we got from pet land were contaminated with worms, and they told us it's our fault they died

I came in with my two dogs for a quick nail trimming. Very affordable prices for nail trimming, $7 each. He handled my dogs really well, especially considering they both hate having their nails cut. I would definitely go there again.

Great gem in Winnipeg’s north end! Love going to this store - great selection of high quality products for pets and unique gifts for animal lovers too. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and has high standards for the products she will carry. It’s also nice to shop somewhere where there is an emphasis on local and Canadian made products! In addition to being a unique store, the owner is truly committed to the neighbourhood and the cats of Winnipeg who are in need of low cost spay and neuter. A place you can feel good about shopping in! Oh and the furployees are awesome too!
