Dans mon cas aucune étoile ! Je suis traumatisée!! Je suis allé faire couper les griffes de ma goldendoodle de 12 semaines! Résultat après plusieurs pleurs et cris (que la madame traitait ma chienne de menteuse parce quelle pleurait) elle lavait coupé sur plusieurs griffes..... c'est alors quelle prit un Qtip quelle mit dans sa bouche et trempa dans un petit pot, elle la retremper avec le sang de mon chien dans le petit pot🤢 bref ma chienne à les griffes couper tous croche et elle est blesser à 3 griffes ... plus jamais .

I often buy pet supplies here and accidentally knock over a bottle of liquid. The indifferent staff did not ask if I need any help. She just let me pay the original price, it’s ok. But she did not give me the invoice and the bottle of liquid that I broke. Very indifferent. Never buy anything from your any store again.

I just need to say that Viviane and Joanne were super amazing. Two lovely ladies, very knowledgeable and friendly, took time to show me all tricks and important things about grooming. I learned a lot there and would recommend this place to all potential groomers...

I've been getting my raw food from them for a few months now (drive once a month from Longueuil) and Banjo has been doing amazing! Banjo has quite a few health issues (he's a tripod kitty) so I am always grateful for the advice they give me. Raw food is always so fresh and so easy to thaw and serve. Customer service is always top notch.

Every pet owner owes it to themselves and their pet to go to Bailey Blu, super friendly and helpful staff, amazing selection of exotic treats you won't find anywhere else.

I attest the happiness of my two cats to this place and it's staff. Vicky, one of the regular employees, is so knowledgeable and helpful no matter the question. They are all welcoming , friendly and helpful every single time I go in ( once a week). Highly suggest making this your one and only pet food/ accessory store because they are consistent and high quality( with reasonable prices). 100% happy with going there regularly. Thank you!

Amazing place! Whether you are dropping your pup off and leaving it in their care, or taking advantage of their superior services for all pet services. We use them for doggy daycare, dog walking, and cat sitting...just fantastic!
