Brought my lab/husky mixed dog last year and they did a great job. I can't say the same for this year, brought my dog for a grooming in May and it took ALL day for a grooming! Unacceptable! I brought him in for a 10:30 am appointment, my dog was supposed to be done by noon the latest. I received a call at 4:00pm that my dog wasn't groomed yet!! They said they were busy and had new staff! My poor dog was left alone for 6 hours before they finally groomed him! And did not let him out to pee! I picked him up finally at 5:30 to be disappointment and disgusted by the sloppy job! They were still grooming my dog!! I should NOT have paid for that incompetent service! And the owner did not honour the discount as previously mentioned. I should have known something was suspicious when the owner called me 2 days before the appointment to reschedule due to "issues with his staff" bad sign..Rip off! They neglected my poor sweet, 8 year old dog. My poor dog was traumatized! Don't bring your dog here!

Alaa has been walking our puppy since we got her. He has been very good at managing a tiny dog who is in the midst of toilet training and learning to walk on a leash. He is very kind to her and she likes him. He is reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend his services.

Line est vraiment amoureuse des chiens et Spurs l'a adoré. Avec sa belle Trixie, je recommande ce salon de toilettage juste à coté de chez-nous. Et elle aime les gros chiens tout autant que les petits, parlez-en à sa Trixie! Elle a vraiment eu un effet sur Spurs et sur moi!
