love this place.....George takes real good care of my dog...you could tell he genuinely loves animals.......and his pricing is very reasonable

Friendly staff and well stocked with some high quality brands of dog food. Not a great selection of food bowls or general accessories but if you're looking for something simple you could probably find it here.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here.

I've tried the past month to adopt 3 different dogs ...the dogs I liked are also liked by families I recently lost my service dog whom I rescued and owned 9 years from Toronto... The thought of having a similar dog I doubt would ever happen for myself here...Seems they have no concern about the personal behaviour between dog and owner in that no staff person even accompanies the dog and potential owner on any given walk... How can they ever assess anyone as myself to know how well the dog really is from looking at piles of applications??? Yes I did not get even a phone call returned and and don't have a dog I doubt I ever will come back to try again the last was too heartbreaking to know it was gone..to a family that my family could never be ???bye

Pensionpuppy love was very professional! We adopted a tea cup chihuahua from them just recently and the whole experience was fantastic. They answered every questions we had and continuously sent us pictures and videos to keep us updated because we lived in PEI and they are located in Quebec.Our puppy is in great health and very loving and well mannered! We couldn’t be any happier! I would highly recommend adopting a puppy from pension puppy love!!!

Love this place! My lil shih-tzu had so much fun the first time she went and she looked perfect after! Another place I went to wouldn't take puppies under 8 months old, but Megan did no problem and did a great job, I would really recommend!

The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is not the nearest shop to my home, but I visit it now and again for the great, friendly service.
