They have lots of windows, toys, tents and catnip. They play with the cats, clean their litter and take care of them everyday. They even take pictures which they post to Facebook or cameras for you to keep track of your pets stay. Lastly they produce a report card so you know how your cat did during their stay. We have used their facility 3 times and our cats are our babies and we really feel they were well taken care of.

Edit: I finally received my collar and leash about 10 days after I entered my initial review. The business card in the package had different contact info than the emailed receipt. I've since rescinded the disputed purchase with my credit card company.
As for the collar, I love it. It's very masculine and looks fantastic on my rottweiler. The matching leash is fine, the leather is a little rough and I was expecting it to have a shorter lead attachment as was demonstrated in the video.
Increase my rating to three stars. Communication needs to be improved upon.
