Went here today and the ladies were all extremely knowledgeable! They educated me on raw cat food and were very helpful in answering questions about my new kitten.

The staff are very kind and helpful! They make sure you have enough information about products and services before you buy. Also I like to take my dog Mika to Pet Valu to get her nails done. I am happy to know that when my fogs nails get done proceeds go to pets in need.

Incredible service from a super nice lady! I have a chihuahua that was a rescue - she’s not fond of being bathed and cut and truly hates having her nails done, but Lisa’s soft loving nature, gentleness and her patience is what gets her through it each time. I cannot recommend her enough, so glad we found you!

Very nice open area to watch your pet get groomed. Staff were really friendly to me and our little doggo. Little doggo looked happy while she was getting groomed too.

A trustworthy, wonderful and friendly place for cats to stay! They took good care of my cat with love and responsibility. This was her first time to be away from home and she was happy and comfortable at Aurora Cat Hotel. Hosts provided separate room for her during the first several days to comfort her fearness and answered my every requests for photos and videos. Really recommend!

We have been taking our two German Shepherds to this kennel for the past 21 years and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility. It is very clean (you can smell the bleach they use to wash the floors when you walk in the door). The provide expert care for any animal they take in, including dogs, cats, birds etc. I never worry about leaving my dog there and he looks forward to going there for day care or for overnight stays. Great opportunity for socializing with other animals and people. The owner and staff interact with the animals and provide companionship and expert care. They also provide extra playtime for the animals and the rates are very reasonable They also provide additional services like grooming and bathing. The kennel is in a beautiful building that is air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Your pet will be disappointed staying here!!!!

This pet store has wholesome foods and great assortment of supplies.the staff are great and they have grooming as well. I would highly recommend giving this place a try.
