The Nelson SPCA was very helpful when I wanted to adopt a dog. They helped me to meet her and introduce her to my new dog. The did a home visit to be sure I was offering a good home. They have me a free vet visit and name tag certificate. The foster mom was also helpful. The information they provided about the dog was accurate. Thanks for the good work.

We just adopted our third dog from the Idaho Humane Society - they never fail to impress with their service and compassion! Wonderful staff and incredible animals. I highly recommend adopting your next pet from this awesome organization.

My dogs came home happy and well cared for. I was very nervous leaving them as they have separation anxiety. It was great knowing that I could leave them somewhere and not worry about them while our family went on a trip. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

Brought our dog here for shots. He’s kind of skittish, but he warms up to most vets. While Dr Munz is was very nice, she seemed nervous about petting and making our dog feel comfortable. She was unable to give him any vaccinations for fear of him nipping at her and because he was moving too much. She prescribed a sedative, and asked that we make another appointment. Still charged us for the visit, which was frustrating. The next time we came in my husband restrained him while I fed him peanut butter and we got the shots in. I wish they’d been more prepared for a dog like mine, who needs a lot of reassurance before someone sticks a needle in them. We’ll return and see if things go better next time.

Great local spot for good feed at an amazing value. They carry feed for dogs, cats, chickens, hogs, horses, plus many other farm and family needs. In business for more than 15 years.
