Pet

We’ve been using Natural Choice for years. Dave is always so accommodating and wonderful with our pups!

The owner and staff alike are very friendly and professional. The animals appeared very cared for. Not just their basic needs but affection too.

Awesome pawsome

I personally went into this groomer to book an appointment for my dog that has been groomed here in the past. I had been given a time and date for a few days later that we agreed upon. I just received a unexpected phone call from the groomer mentionning that she was cancelling my appointment and no longer wanted to groom my dog Of course I am shocked as my Westie has never been an issue not to mention that I usually "tip" my groomers. We travel (snow birds) and have never had an issue in the past and treated with such poor business practices! Good luck in your business as you have a long way to go with how you treat your clients!!

Great place, our dog loves it!

Lucky to have Karla here. So helpful.great selection..

So kind no one we’d trust more to care for Bunhun

I have been following this company for quite some time and if you know anything about the MJ and/or pet space, this is a team to watch! The most innovative and compassionate pet company in the Okanagan by far! I love their products and after almost 3 years of being an employee I'm still excited to come to work!

Dog didn't want to come home lol

Wonderful organization and a great place to volunteer or foster animals.

Decent place for pet supplies. Friendly staff and good selections of many items.

Very nice store. Clean, organized, helpful people.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Nice variety. Staff lacks charm but I was only buying pet food not looking for someone to marry. Lol

Best independent store in town, best service and prices
