We adopted kittens there as a support from Critteraid. It is great they support a local cat sactuary. They also give an adoption booklet with discounts which helps when adopting.

Fernando did a wonderful job training my dogs to walk on leash without any pulling. Whenever I need to leave town I board my dogs at the kennel. My dogs have a wonderful time playing with the other small dogs. I have also had my dogs groomed at the facility and they look a wonderful. The staff are very personable and flexible.

My curmudgeonly and long haired cat, Guinness, had a super amazing experience here! Linda was incredible with him - he'd never been groomed before and she had him done in a flash. He didn't even protest!! He detests having his paws touched and nails trimmed, but there was no issue!!! She talked to him lovingly and put him (and me) at such ease!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Linda and her team at Pet Connection to anyone looking for a safe, knowledgeable, kind and gentle, well priced groomer!!! 👍👍

Lila is a very terrible Communicator she tells lies, she cancels appointments that are appeasing for her to feel she can, with lack of proper communication with her customers, VIA A TEXT, not even a phone call..This has happened 2 times now . She waits until just the day before or 2 days prior to the appt, this leaving you stranded to find a groomer to do the PROPER job. I feel that in cutting Our beloved family Pomeranian dog the way she did , Lila did not do an adequate job of what I asked for, with a specific picture in hand, to work with And Especially for the cost of the cut. .This was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Also when we got home with our dog Molly, I noticed her paws had a wee bit of blood on the hair, by her freshly cut nails. Lila is an unconscionable customer service person, and a terrible Groomer. She may be a caring animal person , BUT her LACK of Personal Communication Customer Service WITH CUSTOMERS AND ATTENTIVE CARE to the dogs/cats IS at best are a -10. I would NEVER Nor could you PAY ME to take my dog to her unsanitised place of business AGAIN. If I COULD GIVE A 0 . I WOULD.
