We are absolutely disgusted with their services. They plumbed our kitchen sink. It took an hour and a half, he charged an outrageous amount. My husband let it go until we realized they plumbed it into an old line so the sink is draining all over my basement. He was so rude to us and said he would never come fix it for free. I was home alone and he knew he could rip me off. I talked to three other plumbers later who said I got ripped off bad. No wonder he was the only available plumber then. Unless you want ripped off or your plumbing screwed up don't call this company!

If I could give Brunet's 10 stars, I would. They made the whole experience easy and seamless, starting from choosing the tile, hardware and even the paint colour for my bathroom remodel. I phoned yesterday to report a problem with our hot water tank. A service rep showed up the same day and found out that we needed a new tank. The new tank was installed today. Bill, the service rep did the installation in an efficient and proper manner. He explained the function of the tank to me and left after he cleaned up the work place.
I am amazed by the speed that Reliance reacted to my problem.
