Plumbing

The worst plumber ever

Our pipes in our house recently froze from the cold weather. Called Sallis Plumbing and they were there within an hour and Derek worked diligently to get the water flowing again. Thanks Derek and Sallis Plumbing!!!

How bad Customer service can get Service technicians are rude, when called customer service they have no clue and transferred to Bill ( Manager ) who never responded to one call ( even after 5 calls ) and Donna who transferred call back to same dispatching clerk who says he has no control on any one..... We want to help local businesses but not at the cost of UNCERTAINTY which increasing blood pressure I’m really surprised how on earth Owner is not aware of these and we are not allowed to speak to him? God help the owner and all the customers who are looking at them to serve

There's was the best service our household has ever received. Josh and his team were friendly, sensitive, and thorough. The work they did was quick and clean, and they respected our household and family space more than even needed. I couldn't be happier with the job they did or with the manner in which they conducted themselves for the two days they were here working. This is an excellent company with high quality people working for it. They turned what could have been a very stressful time into a positive experience for all involved. I'm extremely grateful and wish I only had to deal with folks like these all of the time. Excellent work from excellent people. Highly recommended.

Tom and his staff have been great and very helpful. They are actually more responsive that the property manager is at my karate school. Outstanding job guys!!

Amazing service! They showed up in 20 minutes and fix it in half an hour!

Hiboynek

Despite a misunderstanding about the time of the appointment, I was very impressed with Frank Grande. When I showed him the problem (a busted valve by the washing machine), he persuaded me that it wasn't worth what it would cost to fix, and that I could easily live with it. He offered some other useful advice to this clueless renter, and left without charging me anything. I would definitely use him in the future.

Mathieu, from Mr Rooter Sudbury, just completed clearing a clogged shower drain. He was very professional and answered all my questions as he worked. I will definitely call on Mr. Rooter (Sudbury) should I have any other plumbing needs. Thank you Mathieu.

'The installers were very courteous and explained how everything worked. I am very happy with the excellent job they did!" - Joanne, Fredonia, NY

Highly recommended! Tyler helped us with the toilet issues, great communication and professional skills.

Mike T. did a great job! Fixed our issue and took extra steps to make sure we didn't have another problem. Excellent communication, too.
