Needed last minute emergency help and Andrew provided all of the right info. Was so friendly and knowledgeable. He came within the hour explained everything and didn't leave until the job was done correctly. Will definitely call him again for all of my plumbing needs.

After noticing a leak coming from the 2nd floor of my house, I contacted immediately Power jet Plumbing to come and check this out because I was certain I had a plumbing problem it is 1 year old home.The staff was extremely responsive to my service call request and arrived at my house within 2 hours. After a thorough inspection, the technicians concluded the problem had nothing to do with my plumbing but instead the leak was coming from my HVAC system. I am very appreciative for the technicians' professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. If I experience any plumbing problem in the future, I would absolutely call power jet plumbing again very honest people's.

Dave W. of Enercare phoned me 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and extremely efficient. He was able to fix my old noisy furnace that was really struggling to produce any heat. I wish everyone who provides assistance at my home was as easy to work with as Dave was. Thank you so much Dave and I really appreciate having consistent heat in my home again.

Not bad in response to request for blocked drain service using snake for 50 feet and couldn't find anything and they tried to snake a breather opening but it was blocked. At that point was advised it's a city issue and to call them. The city came and said this plumber didn't identify where they had snaked it, and it could have been to the roof. Was told I needed to install a cleanout and major excavation at that point. So its all a show to spend more money. But called another plumber who was able to use the proper tool to plunge the breather and the drain issue was solved. Called the office and after some time they resolved it to our satisfaction.
