Plumbing

Knowledgeable staff and very nice showroom

I am a Realtor and I use Matt for all my septic line inspections and also recommend him for any plumbing issues. I have found Matt to be very knowledgeable and accommodating to answer all questions that I have. He will also help me understand plumbing issues even when he is not the plumber that is servicing the job. I feel that he is a professional that I can rely on

All staff are very friendly and courteous on the phone, owner was very knowledgeable when speaking on the phone. Plumbers arrived when they told me they would and were extremely friendly and explained everything they were doing. Would use this company again for any other plumbing needs and would recommend them to friends.

Awesome!

After many attempts to fix our Rinnai water heater (eventually we determined that we needed to replace it), I contacted Greg to have him come to our house and quote us on a new one. After waiting for two days and receiving no call back, I called Greg again and he said that he was too busy and unable to let me know when he could make the time. I let him know that I was displeased with the service and he said that I should just deal with someone else. (his exact words were "that's just the way the world works").

Jiesun came to my house today, he was so knowledgeable and effcient. He explained everything for me. He did a good job. Highly recommend this company!

I don't do reviews, but if this pans out by Monday I will be thrilled. Ivan in the parts department was super helpful, their cost in comparison was much more reasonable. The last 2 stars will remain to be seen : )

Received excellent service today from Cal. We had a water leak in our basement and could not of got better service!! Would highly recommend them!

Just had my furnace serviced by Bruins. Fast call back from service, with immediate appointment booking even being in rural Alberta. HVAC technician Andy gave clear explanation of problem and showed me the issues and then proceeded with his assistant Rochelle, to professionally and in a cleanly manner, repair and service my Trane furnace. They explained the expense prior to and after completing the service. This gave us the confidence to sign up for the Bear Care Program for both HVAC and plumbing!

Very unprofessional. Over charged and had to come back twice because he didn't have the tools for a simple washing machine tap change. Highly do not recommend

Only plumbers I contacted that actually seemed to care that we had a leak coming from the basement ceiling, and showed up as fast as possible instead of "between 10-2 tomorrow". Cole was even earlier than promised, and was professional, quick and cleaned up after himself (a small thing but so appreciated). Would definitely recommend.

Arrive on a timely manner. Excellent results everytime they have to come. We’ve always got Tyler and he’s great! Very knowledgeable and gets the problem fixed up in a jiffy - definitely worth the call.

Fondas plumbing always goes above and beyond. I have recommended Kelly to both my friends and business contacts and never once have there been anything but fantastic comments coming back from them all. If I didn't have absolute faith in Fondas then I wouldn't be putting my name and company's reputation on the line to recommend them.

Very happy with the service we received today. Furnace was fixed and purrs like a kitten. Will use JC'S again for our bathroom remodel.

We commend Tony and family for his promptness, honesty, reasonable cost, follow-through and also his friendliness and personability. We are warm again just in time for Christmas!

Had a flood in my basement with all the rain, and they were at my house within 15 minutes!! Had me fixed up in no time!!! Highly recommed Galaxy Plumbing!

Best plumbing experience EVER!! Rod was thorough, proactive, patient and personable. Original issue corrected and I thought we were good to go. Rod suggested that we test the furnace despite the fact that it worked right up to the point of the original problem. I am so grateful for his suggestion, as the ignition switch decided to die (unbeknownst to me) and the furnace would never have started without another call back. Rod saved the day. The pricing was fair, the service outstanding and the experience highly satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend Express for any plumbing or heating concern.

Showed up same day as I called and was fantastic. Ed was friendly and came with the exact parts needed for a really old shower set. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely be using them again!!!
