One star is over doing it. Ordered a part for my hot water heater on July 5, 2017 they told me over the phone it would be there first thing on July 6, 2017 I drove to red deer to pick it up and it wasn't there. Front counter then told me it would be there on July 7, 2017, called on the 7th and now they can't find any order of said part. I will not be shopping there ever again.

The guys at the Plumbineers are great. They provide quality service and products for a more than fair price. Wouldn't use anyone else for our business or home plumbing needs. Plus their Facebook video's are awesome ;)

We used Flostar Plumbing Ltd. for the commercial build out of Herc’s Nutrition. As an owner-operator with little experience with contractors, Flostar was able to take our dream project and turn it into reality.
They listened to what we needed regarding design and budget; they were transparent and communicated each step of the construction process. This allowed us to stay within budget and on schedule for the grand opening of Herc’s.
We highly recommend Flostar Plumbing Ltd. we plan to use them for future projects and continuous building maintenance.

PLEASE NOTE: This review is NOT about the person who did the work as they were awesome.
It cost me $560 to have 3 gaskets replaced in a toilet tank. For Iess than 2 hours of work. Included in the price was a $90 charge to have a truck come out. Also included was a "house inspection" that I didn't want or need (my house is less than 10 years old). However, given that it was already included in the price, I let them do it. This should be an "optional" service, not a mandatory one.
I will not repeat.
