Todd B. and his partner Nick assisted me with a plumbing issue. They were very friendly, professional and competent. My options and costs were explained very thoroughly to me so I could choose the right option. I would definitely call them again and use their services.

I called them to check my furnace. The $99 ($108 after tax) flat fee is misleading and confuse. Technically, you get nothing for $99.
The technician will not do anything even basic diagnose(I paid $99 for driving to my home). I have to pay $289 to have him perform diagnose my furnace. So just to know the problem, I have to pay $289.
***NOTE: $289 plus tax is the minimum actual amount you would pay to have technician drive to your home and tell you the problem, not $99.
I have to pay more to get the it fix. The quot is far expensive than other company for the same service. I end up hire other company to fix my furnace with a lot cheaper.

John was great. Arrived within the time window after a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. Was very kind and professional. Offered to put on booties and got to work right away. Fixed the problem quickly and was very gracious for my business on the way out. Will definitely call again next time I have a plumbing issue.
Pat's Plumbing

BUYER BEWARE! Pat’s Plumbing was asking $400 just to snake a clogged drain. And because they “do not give prices over the phone,” by the time you say “no way,” their hand is out for their dispatch fee. After I got rid of “Pat,” I had someone else take a look at my sink and ended up paying less than half of what I would’ve with this opportunistic outfit. Sure, their trucks and website are pretty, but probably because they make customers pay an arm and a leg!

We had an issue with our furnace running too long and providing more heat than the thermostat setting. It didn't shut off and we had to force it off. Jim from Centennial 360 came out the next day, but we couldn't recreate the problem. He carefully checked everything he could on our thermostat and tuned up our furnace at our request. This gave us some peace of mind and the promise that we can call Centennial to come out if the problem happens again made us feel comfortable. Jim had a couple of ideas about what may have been causing the problem and advised us of some pricing, but we decided not to go with the changes now unless the same issue comes forward again and it can be diagnosed as it is happening. We are aware that a trouble that happens only once is like finding a needle in a haystack and Jim thinks just as we do. Jim has previously been to our home to fine tune our new furnace after the install a few years ago and we have great confidence in his analytical abilities. He is honest and very knowledgeable, so we were so pleased to see him again. He always provides an easy to understand explanation of the equipment troubles, which is appreciated.
All of the employees that we spoke to before and after the service were very friendly and polite.

The employee never gave me a quote up front then tried to charge me $225 after working for less than 40 minutes and failing to find my septic tank clean out cover. The guy gave up after 30 minutes or so and offered to snake the pipe from my bathroom by removing my toilet for $700 instead. He never even offered to keep digging. Outrageous. Then, when I tried to discuss this with the owner she was incredibly rude and argumentative. After ignoring me for a week she finally sent me a letter offering $75 if I would promise not to ever post a negative review. I told her to keep the $75 and I will try to save others from her dishonest business practices.

The first time I called should have given me a clue not to proceed, as the person who answered did not even act like he worked there, just annoyed that he had to answer the phone. But having not found a plumber during the next week or so, I called them back and this time the office person sounded very knowledgeable and seemed to be saying yes to my questions. In the end, however, they were extremely expensive for a simple kitchen sink clog that took exactly 5 minutes (or less) to unclog. The bill was $160.00 and that was supposed to include a senior discount, but the bill did not show the discount clearly. I called the office to see if I did in fact receive a discount because it did not show on bill. Anyway receptionist could not answer that question so I left a voice mail with the billing office. They have not called back. Anyway I would not use them again because of the price and the attitude I received from a couple different employees. They could not give me an estimate to begin with (I called others and got est. for $88, $99, $125 if no other problem. Thinking D&F cost would be about the same I went with them and got a ridiculous bill for $160 (and was told by plumber that included the discount which did not show on bill)???? Next time I will not call D&F for certain.
Beaverton Plumbing

Negative experience. Very sad that I used them. Charged for their 'drive time' versus the actual 'work time' which translated to 1.5 hrs for 20 minutes of work. At their rate of $135/hr, that meant a real rate of $600/hr. Yikes. Nick said the best solution was to rebuilt the guts of a 2014 American Standard toilet....really? And he did not have the basic parts and had to go get them. American Standard is the basic model they recommend and were informed in advance that it was the one to be fixed....yet no parts on his truck, even though he said that he came from their supply warehouse directly to my residence.
If you need plumbing service, my advice is to go to another company!!
