Had 3 appointments and the plumber never showed for either. Last time we called them to see why they didn't show again the girl hung up on my husband. I needed a couple leaking faucets fixed and a loose faucet tightened. They did not call at any time and say they weren't going to make it. Wasted so much time waiting for them to show. I wouldn't give them one star.

I never called him again. He knows what he is doing but If you use him don't give him any money up front or you will get screwed.

Called last week late Saturday evening with a plumbing emergency. No one answered the phone. They called me back. Guy who calls was very rude like I was bothering him. Told him my issue, he shouted a bunch of directions at me said he wasn't coming out that night and I had to wait until Monday while my bathroom leaked water and the main shut off valve wasn't working. I said I thought this was a 24/7 company? Why even call me back? Thanks but no thanks. Had to call someone else
