I can’t believe how unhelpful the employees were there. The first fellow to a phone call after I had already asked a question and answered the customer on the phone question. The other one said the part I was looking for didn’t exist in his store before even looking which he did when he saw I was persistent!

As a Realtor, I have used Keith to complete plumbing repairs in order to keep deals together. He is very professional, accommodating to the clients schedule, and most importantly, he is honest and only repairs what needs to be repaired. Although he has only done smaller jobs for my clients, he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and can do any job needed. We are excited to have him do our bathroom this summer! I just had Mark in to do a complete replacement of our pressure tank and a new toilet in our centery home. Mark has done a FANTASTIC job. Everything is working top notch again. I recommend Mark to everyone with plumbing problems. Marks prices have been very fair compaired to others and he will answer any questions you have. Thanks Mark for great job we truely appreciate it. We definetly will call you next time we need a plumber.

If you're not an actual plumbing/heating professional and don't have an account make sure you know what you want before you go in. Counter staff tend to be extremely rude and abusive if you need help or don't know what you want. I'd recommend avoiding this place and go to Wolseley on the other side of town.
