Plumbing

We used Staples Plumbing to put in a new water treatment system, and it turned out our hot water tank also had to be replaced. I checked them out with the BBB and they have a A+ rating, so we went ahead. They gave us a price before doing any work. They did a really good job and showed me how everything worked in case we wanted to adjust the settings for when the water softener went thru its cycle. They cleaned up real nice when they were done. Left the basement cleaner than it was when they got here. They also followed up a couple days later to make sure we didn't have any problems. Everyone was so nice especially the office lady who scheduled our appointment because we didn't have any hot water. And the final bill was exactly what they said. I was afraid they would be extra charges, but there wasn't. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They were wonderful.

fast service very helpful

This team was excellent about communication and letting me know they were en route. Jonathan (1906) and his team were thorough and helpful. They did a great job doing regular maintenance work and were able to diagnose an underlying more serious problem. He was able to phone a colleague nearby for assistance in the matter. We are able to avoid a major catastrophe of drain flooding due to their expertise.

They are the best.

Used them recently, and they were sloppy and unprofessional. After first call, they were supposed to come in the afternoon, they never showed up and never called. I had taken a half day off of work to make sure I was able to be there. Loss of money and time! A couple days later, they showed up unannounced....again, no call ! Took 2 visits for them to figure out the problem. They left a hole under my sink and a 12" x 12" hole in my closet. Also put shower faucet on incorrectly and had scalding water greet me in the morning. Asked them to clean up mess and fix handle. After 2 visits, that never happened. Called again and was rudely told he would send someone out. Guy came and covered up the hold with a metal vent cover....AND had the nerve to send me a second bill for the vent cover !! After this third visit, they still had not cleaned up the drywall from the initial hole in the closet. I had to clean it myself. I would not recommend this company after this terrible experience. Unprofessional, terrible customer service. Go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Great service! Visited their office shortly before lunchtime to ask if they could check a leaking older toilet in our place. Kathy said she'd do what she could to look after this. Shortly after lunch their crew arrived, with a new toilet, and did the switch in no time flat. Plus, she found a low-cost slow-drop toilet seat to complete the installation. What's not to like about that level of service?

Leroy is the best. Done a lot of work for us over the years. Never a problem. Very highly recommended.
