I called Sam with a plumbing concern, he told me on the phone he would come take a look and provide a free estimate. When he did come by, Sam immediately found the issue and repaired it on the spot. Last night, My son had flushed a wooden toy train down the toilet. Of course, we couldn't get it out on our own no matter how hard we tried. This morning I decided we needed to call a plumber. My partner suggested calling Glen the Plumber and I was so happy we did! They came within 2.5 hours of me calling, which was such a shock and a relief for me, especially having two kids. The men who came were very knowledgable about the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get the toilet running again. They got the job done quickly and efficiently while also remaining tidy. I was so impressed by their work. The scary part is always at the end THE BILL! And I was honestly horrified!! These two men had been working away in my bathroom for nearly 2 hours. I thought for sure it would be a hefty bill, but to my surprise it was not!! They definitely earn every penny they get and the service these men provided me today was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.
