Awesome, I called on a Sunday morning and Jerry comes out right away to fix my emergency. He was very reasonable on the his rate and as a result I have another project for him in the future.

Elijah gives amazing service. Being a single woman, it is hard to find a plumber I trust, but I trust Elijah. His rates are reasonable, and he does good work. It lasts. Last year he worked on my furnace when it went down, and he just replaced my hot water tank. He explains things thoroughly, but doesn't talk down to me, and he answered all my questions. Elijah also picks up his phone. I have never had to leave a message. When my water tank went down, he offered to be at my house the same day. I had to make an appointment for the following day. Both times Elijah has been at my house, he has been there exactly when he said he would be. When he comes in, he wears a pair of adorable green booties over his shoes, to make sure he does not track up the carpet. When he installed my hot water tank, not only did he remove the tank, he cleaned up the residual water that had spilled from the old tank. In addition, he is extremely personable, and just a really good, honest, hardworking guy. I guarantee you will be happy with his work, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dan repaired a water leak in our cabin within 24hrs( on a weekend) he was fast, clean and friendly. Thanks for the great service.

Awesome guys to deal with Colin has done a bunch of plumbing for us, fixing up what other left behind, really insightful and makes sure the job is perfect, clean, neat and professional. Recommend to anyone looking for an easy going plumber that does excellent work

For our company We will use this Rona as our very last resort I have made it company policy to limit our purchases here do to Numerous bad experiences with extremely rude and unprofessional staff and management Over the years (I hate putting everyone in the same category as there are also a couple of management/staff there that are top notch and not sure why they haven’t moved on to better things ) I have not voiced my opinion in a public form before today but once my staff told me what happened this morning I have realized something has to be said One of my staff members went to pick up a couple of items this morning as they open at 7 And apparently was there five minutes before the store opens he didn’t notice people we’re going in and out of the store doors so he proceeded inside to get items he was approached by very rude staff while in the store And very Rudely saying they weren’t open yet he apologized but yet he was approached again after this person went to a managerhe Proceeded to tell him that he would not be served at the counter until exactly 7 AM and how did he get In there He apologized and explained he didn’t realize it was still closed but it was one minute before they made him stand at the counter and refused to open the till until 7 hit I’m got a lot of staff Some of them are little gruff With the gentleman that was in there this morning is the nicest guy and never makes a big deal out of anything but he was mad by the time he left Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous So disappointed I would’ve thought there would’ve been changes over the years

Paid 6 $ to have 2 pieces of drywall cut. What a hatchet job. Most un- satisfactory.

Home Reliance gets 5 stars from me, if there were more stars they would get more. Quick and friendly that's how I can describe my experience in dealing with this company. Daniel is awesome to deal with and answers every question you may have. Would definitely recommend these guys.

One star because they answer the phone other than that these guys or one guy is horrible!!! Called for a quote on a garage heater install after 2 weeks and 6 calls he finally made it out to take a look. Then he never sent me the quote. A week later of calling him making every excuse for not having it yet, I asked well can you at least tell me a price? He's like don't know it I'll just send it to you. He was letting me go and I say hold on did my wife give you our email because I never did. Lol he says no but he has a pen and paper. OMG!
