Terrible experience, foul language, took money, did not complete job, what work was done plumbing now has to be repaired, as it was not done correctly. Lies and false promises. Was taken advantage of. Looking into further I don't believe they were even licensed plumbers. Disorganization every day when the owner Jason even showed up. On the end was asked not to come back, he yelled at my child, my sister and sent several unprofessional messages to myself. Please run as fast as you can

I called for a quote and the person on the phone didn't have a clue of what she was talking about. They wanted to charge me to come out and give me a quote. Sounds like they contract out the work to a variety of plumbers. I had to give 1 star or else I would give zero stars

Terrible service. I had Jack Clark install a sump pump a year ago. It broke down recently as the float was not switching the pump on. For 2 weeks I haven't been able to reach Alliance head office or get a response from Jack to make an appointment. I went with a different company in town who showed up the same day I called them and fixed it within 10 minutes. Alliance was pathetic. Beware.

Extremely helpful Went in looking for a faucet cartridge for an unidentifiable brand, no letters, numbers or logo on the taps and they came with the house. Counter person ask what brand I said no idea. He looked at it and said it's a knockoff of something. He took it in to a room and began looking through drawers or cabinets I could see them. Came back out a while later with something that looked very close. He did more than I expected searching through probably dozens of bags with no way to positively ID the part. The deal he gave me was untouchable. Great service especially considering I had never set foot in the store before.

I would never use nor trust any of the guys that work here or for this company. They treat people like crap and don't care that word of mouth in a small town can effect your success.

Spoke with Brian on the phone to make an appointment to look at a water leak in my home. He advised his son Errin would come the next day between 9am and 10am. Errin showed up the next morning at 8:30am - when do service providers ever show up early? I was very pleasantly surprised! Within less than half an hour he found the issue, fixed it and explained everything to me. I couldn't be happier with the service and will use them again without question.
