We had a backed up toilet late on a Sunday so we called Drain Rescue first thing Monday morning (July 11th). They scheduled us for that afternoon between 3 and 4pm. At 2.45pm they called and said that they would be about 1 hour late. At 3.30pm, they called again and said that they could no make it until the next day. This forced us to cancel the service call and find someone else to come in that evening. we did find an emergency service but were charge an after hours fee because of the lateness of our call...I'm not sure if the scheduling is done from a central call centre or the local office, but whatever the case, they have poor planning and scheduling. I can't comment on the work as we never had it done.

I came in last minute on a Friday evening, the counter staff was very helpful and helped me load my truck, even though they probably just wanted to get home.

Recently had Rob from Brant Plumbing to fix our toilet. Arrived on time as agreed and price was exactly as quoted. Good quality workmanship and parts. Highly recommend Brant Plumbing.

Popped in quickly to see if they could help me match up a quarter turn faucet cartridge. Gentleman behind the desk had ZERO interest in helping me and was quite rude about it. Will never go back.
