Had Gerald and the boys install a new furnace and A/C unit in our house. Did an awesome job. Very clean. The new unit is much more efficient as suggested. It'll pay for itself in the long run.

Worst service provided ever... They dont know how to fix things. Its been more than 2 months and they cant still fix it.

They are ripoffs. $69.95 to come to door which they don't explain properly and then charge you triple the price any other normal plumbing would cost from their so called straightforward pricing book. Stay away! They wanted $500 to install a dishwasher after taking $70 to just come to door. We went with another company and got repair warranty for one year and only paid $195. Don't get ripped off and stay away!

worst customer service ever !!. was visiting the showroom in west Edmonton.the lady at the front desk ask if we need help or just wasting time. we advised we were looking to reno our bathroom when we did not name a high end contractor or plumbing company they seem not interested in helping us. first sales lady they had us wait for was too busy on speaker phone with tech support arguing about her email the second sales lady she ask to help us was too busy on her Facebook profile to give us the time of day so we head up the road to emco and spend 15k in their store with wonderful staff
