The absolute worst plumbing company in the Lower Mainland. They will scam you. Don't hire these guys. Father and son team will take your money and run. We called these guys for a job, and payed them in advance to show good faith. The guy sent his son to do a job, and he said there is nothing wrong with the pipes(There was a proper leak we got repaired from another plumber). We paid him to do this little job in advance(50 dollars). And he said this is our diagnosis fee and took off. Save your money and go hire a reputable company. I wish I could remove that 1 star I gave them, but google won't let me post until I do so.

Had my system flushed and video recorded. The guy they sent wasn’t a certified plumber and had little experienced with his equipment. I never got the video and the office manager said the file got corrupted. She was very rude and strict. I would not recommend this company and suggest to people that do, to ask for the plumbers certification.

fast, cheap, good service

My boiler stopped working and East West Plumbing came to my house and pushed a switch to start my boiler charged me $80 and when I asked what him what he did he replied "it's magic" I thought this to be very unprofessional and when I asked why my boiler kept shutting off I was told that it was backfire and that I would have to replace it.......... Forward two weeks now and I have the same problem so this time I called another company. This technician was extremely professional and told me that the only problem with my boiler was that it was over heating due to a lack of ventaltion and all I had to do was replace my bi fold doors to my boiler room now my boiler is working just fine. I highly would not recommend this company. The technician who was the owner of the company had planted a seed knowing that my boiler would shut off again and that chances would be that I would phone him again and he would just tell me to replace the boiler and set me back about $5000.

Unorganized and overpriced, no wonder all the rest of these stores went out of business.

Was recommended from friends🙋🏼‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️to give them a call this is my second time using their services the first was a clogged drain in the washroom sink this time i was having an issue with the inside unit of the toilet tank wasn't getting a strong roaring flush,setup an appointment for Saturday at 9am to my surprise the service technician was early 8:35am👍🏻(unlike SHAW cable being there sometime from 11am - 3:30pm) it only took less than 5 minutes for him to replace the unit.(a flushing success😂)I'm very happy with the service i would highly recommend them i give them 5🌟all day long

We had our water line replaced by Drain Master Plumbers. They did a very good job of replacing the water line without digging up our yard. Only 2 small holes were dug to replace the water line. The plumbers were very efficient at what they were doing. The price we were given was the lowest of all the plumbing companies we called. Susan

its extremely hard to be satisfied with their service first of all they keeps making excuses to justify their irresponsibility and self centered decision such as not showing up at the place of problem without even making any phone call second of all showing a reasonable aspect of their service or price arrangement first and convince you to pay slightly more by showing an extremely expensive alternative after the first payment is done third of all what they did for diagnosing and determining the problem is to pour a bottle of liquid into drain pipe and wait for 2,3 hours with nothing else to do when they charge $120 for a first hour and $80 for the rest / an hour long story short there must be a better company in this industry

I have nothing but good things to say about Pyramid Plumbing and Heating. We needed a furnace quick and from sales to installation they came through for us. The installers did a great job and explained how everything worked and also cleaned up everything. Great job!!
