They came out here looked at my toilet and charged me 80$ because they couldn't do anything (unless I wanted to pay thousands to take the whole thing out) As I told them, there was a piece of soap lodged in it. I just kept pouring hot water in and fixed it myself.

Plumber was COMPLETELY unprofessional and even disrespectful, then began mumbling slurs under his breath when I instructed to wrap the piping afterwards.

Worst plumber you can hire. His a big scammer, I hired him to removed a existing violation and he wanted to do the entire plumbing of a 3 family house for no reason. Just because he want to charge for extra work. Has no Idea of building department codes, and the free estimates are BS. He will charge once you do a contract with them. I hired a new plumber and my violations has been removed without any extra work

Be wary of hiring this company. For a Saturday emergency, they sent a plumber to our house. I was told it would be $95 for the visit, plus costs for labor and repairs, as incurred. That sounds reasonable.
Except after a 15 minute visit and the snaking of the toilet - and finding no further problems - we were told the price was $345. (So, if 15 minutes costs $250, they have an hourly rate of $1000?!)
When I called the original dispatcher to discuss, he hung up on me, and we we were left to negotiate with the worker himself.
