Plumbing

Good, reliable, resourceful Plumbers, that’s all I need. Unlike most plumbers’ quotes can be given by email or paper. They are usually lower than most but get this, they are of high quality. Usually they come in pairs of workers were one can help, check, and verify the other. The pair have they own work truck with their tools and materials. The company take electronic checks, when? after just the first visit. This why I also adore them, what plumbers? yes plumbers. They have good ideas on how to solve problems. If this pair do not know another pair is ready help. Plumbers that work together and transfer knowledge to each other, say it aint so, yes, it is so! I had a big job of hot and cold water pipe replacement. They replaced to code, upgraded what needed to be upgraded, added shut with me asking, added hose outlets when asked to. I had a little job they came replaced leaky washer faucets, lock gas stove for replacement with electric stove. And fix my boiler. They are willing do high technology upgrade if you want it. Maybe internet hot water heaters, electric must be done by someone else but they are not stuck in the 20th-century unlike some. Try them you will be please, as I am.

Prompt response time and professional service. Very pricey though.

Really what the world DOESN'T need. Especially when you are having a plumbing emergency. This guy is completely unreliable, uncommunicative and rude. When we called after the third day when he didn't show up as scheduled, his response of "whatever" to this extremely stressed out pregnant person was not appreciated. If you don't have work or anything to do and can wait a week for a plumber, maybe this is your guy. If you need someone who will show up and hopefully even be helpful, then don't call Vascellaro.

Ok

I called and the lady who picked up the phone hung up on me. Not professional company

well they cut me off when driving so it leaves room to wonder about their business

I have actually worked at this place in the past. The owner takes every client very seriously and makes sure the job is done right. I was an apprentice when I worked there and I learned a lot. All the employees I worked with were profesionals. Since than I have worked for other plumbers, and most have us cut corners and slap things up. Not Fulton. If you need a plumber look no further!

Unfortunately our experience has not been positive. They were very professional and kind on the phone, but when the technician came, he gave us an estimate which was double-priced compare to any price on the market. Although we did not accept that offer, we still had to pay the service fee, which was $125 and that's when we also realized that this company is not local, but is a branch of NY HVAC. We were very disappointed because for ethical reasons we try to work with small local companies and nowhere in their website it is listed the fact that this is a branch of HVAC. We are sure that they can provide good service and we wish them all the best, but our experience was expensive and disappointing, this is why we felt the need to share it with the greater Ridgewood community. Peace.

Called to get a quote for a simple water filter installation. Receptionist tried a very hard sell. When I could not commit to a time/date for service she hung up on me. I called back to report her to her manager, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional. Lots of other plumbing services out there. Don't need to be hung up on by someone who I'm going to pay! In addition, she blocked my phone number from calling the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!

bad company

The guy rob is a complete moron... Very disrespectful, an this is the boss I believe. The guy actually thinks he's better then you... Whatever you do, do not apply for a job or even worse have this company called Bedrock Plumbing do any work whether it be new construction or a small job...TERRIBLE PLUMBING COMPANY OVERALL!!!

BJ, one of Victor's helpers, installed a steam pipe in my basement. It started clanking and leaking soon after. I have tried calling/texting him and Victor. They continue to ignore the problem. Not very professional.
