Plumbing

Frank is extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy. He helped me out with a plumbing issue that involved the building dept. He assisted in a situation that other plumbers didn't want to get involved with because it was too tedious. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Nice guys a little slow only one gut at counter

They arrived within the window they were expected and did a perfect job - true professionals - and the price was right too - We highly recommend them.

We had a gas leak and needed help quick. The plumber said we needed to run a "pressure test" to assess what the issues are. He said the test would cost $350 but that we would know what was going on after the test. My wife ran to the bank to get cash. He walked in and looked at the pipes, took the money and saidnit would cost $5,400. Never tested anything.

This place has horrible customer services starting with the person with glasses at the front desk. They seem to have a huge place with lots of goodies but it did not take me more that 3 minutes to find out i would shop in this place.

Very helpful staff although finding items take longer than a NY minute, I like that they've taken the time to organize inventory behind the counter area. They have a good stock selection and can order others quickly. Please open later on evenings & weekends!

Can't beat the prices here.

Jason and his apprentice arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, all with the prices quoted.>so far, no issues over a year later

they delayed my work for three month , and later on they even don’t answer my phone

Titan sewer and drain were on Time and very Professional. They figured out the problem and solved it right away!! I would recommend them to family and friends!

Ed P from Woolley was great. He got the system up and running in no time and cleaned it out in the process. He also gave us valuable advice about the future life of our unit. He accomplished all of this without making our decisions sound ominous or making us feel inept. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

This service is a one where you call a dispatcher and they send a plumber to your place. I had a question about whether or not i could install a dishwasher in mutt kitchen next to existing water lines, and since you can only speak to a dispatcher and not a plumber, I had to request a plumber come to my place just to ask the question. Im short, he was over an hour late, rude, unable to communicate effectively, and I was charged 130$ for a 5 minute consultation where he tried to convince me that the installation would be too much of a hassle. He honestly seemed to relish telling me no, with out being able to give me a proper explanation. I just really had a negative experience.
