Had a persistent issue with our drain. they came over towards the beginning of the scheduled window of time which was great. the plumber wasnt able to complete the job the first day bc of an access issue of my own so once i cleared the issue, they came back first thing the next day and fixed it and explained to me what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. all throughout they were corteous and professional. not the 49.95 price (I figured it was going to be more due to the extent of the work)but i don't feel like they took advantage or overcharged at all. would definitely use again and recommend

This so call Co. is terrible i really mean horrible most of the wokers spend most of there time on the phone instead of on the job. 10 days to do a bathroom simple plumbing work but when you are a 1 star Co. What can u expect so sad...............................

BEWARE CONSUMERS: My boiler was not working. I called Village Plumbing to check the boiler. The plumber told me for the trip I will have to pay $145.00 and if I need any work done to my boiler that would be additional money. The plumber came to my house, pressed a button to restart the boiler and handed me the bill for $157.00. I told him but you did not do anything. He said I restarted the boiler. In less than an hour the boiler went off again not working and not knowing what was the problem. He said there is nothing else I can do and he left. Watch out for shady plumbers.

All I can say is "Whooa Awesome Job". I'm not one for reviews but I had to do this one. I woke up to my basement bathroom flooded, I call for service and within an hour I had a tech at my door. The tech, Shawn did an awesome job in quick time and without a mess. Satisfied to the fullest.
