Plumbing

Great service, would gladly recommend to anyone. Used lph a few times now and never had any issues with their services 👍

Guardian is great! We had our water heater go and they had a new one installed before the end of the day. A few months later there was a problem with our furnace and they had it fixed the same day too. Great service, knowledgable staff.

Do not waste your time dealing with this shop! I have never had such horrible customer service that I received here!!! Absolutely ignorant rude staff basically told me to go elsewhere so she didnt have to do anything. I cant believe that they would hire such an ignorant person to work the front counter!!!! Prior to this I did get a quote on several items that they were very high on but thought one more try cant hurt. I could understand if I had gotten more than one quote previously and was one of those customers that just came in to waste time and get quotes but I wasthere to get my whole new build plumbed with heating and these dumb schmucks didnt want to deal with me when I asked for pricing quote on a few items prior to choosing a place to deal with. In reality I owe them a thank you for showing your poor customer service and ignorant staff procedures and making me go elsewhere as Lloydminster Plumbing and Heating has been AMAZING to deal with!!!!!

Wow! The hot water tank died and leaked in our house in Kitscoty. I spoke to Randy and decided on Navien NPE 240A. It was installed and running in a couple of hours after we had our conversation. Best service and price, I had contacted Home depot, Lowes, Rona and two other local plumbing and HVAC companies. They were either slow in responding or quoted outrageous prices! Randy was quick and to the point, hassle free service. Highly recommended! Also these Navien units are so smart you can run them off of your phone via Navien app with Navilink kit.

My furnace had stopped blowing heat. I called for some assistance to trouble shoot the problem and the gentleman explained how to get the codes. When all codes were normal he gave me a list to check. Then he called me back with an item he forgot and that was the problem. Fixed and heating the house. Nice to have when it's 25 below. Thanks guys. I recommend them highly.

Always excellent service, can be relied upon to do a quick and efficient job.

Rona Macklin has very good customer service

Just went in wondering about an exchange without a receipt. The lady was super helpful and bent over backwards to accomodate me and ended up printing a duplicate receipt so I can exchange a product.

Not reliable or professional, but they want professional rates. Might show up, might not,but won't care about the client's needs or circumstances at all.

Greg and Garett were great to deal with.

Thanks to Cesare's Plumbing for coming way out to our place and helping us out with a tub faucet! Your attention to details - being ready to go - was amazing. Thanks so much. Take care of that arm.

I've had Bro-Tech install a furnace and water heater in my house before selling. Work was quick and efficient. Based on that experience, I hired them to plumb in the kitchen of my new house, and also to replace the plugged main sewer line and plumb in a bathroom during the basement remodel. I've given them a lot of money for these jobs. Unfortunately, I was charged for premium service and received the cheapest of materials. The work in the basement was left incomplete due to lack of communication or interest on Dylan's part. The best work was done by the subcontractor they hired. Sorry guys, you have to step it up. Your prices should reflect the work and service you provide. I haven't seen that at all. UPDATE - Preston stepped up and helped provide a solution to the issue of completing the project with the same materials. My advice would be to go to him for what you need.

Very efficient...fast, cares about the job and affordable price. I totally recommend his services

I got to watch one of Apex's vans do a right turn from the left lane (double turning lane) on a red light (that's illegal in case you didn't already know), only to stop broadside across the right (and only free flowing) lane on elbow drive because the left lane that was his destination was full. He continued to block traffic until he could forcefully nose his way into stopped traffic on the left. It's a nice demonstration of your employees' priorities. It's dissappointing and you won't be getting any of my business.

Daniel has been to my house a couple time now and always shows up with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to getting things looked after. He is very professional and is helpful with his sharing of knowledge. Thank you for your service and kind presence Daniel. Your work is appreciated. Heather

Amazing service!! Called to have a leak fixed he was here in an hour.
