Regarding Deb Dobsons review of Headwaters Plumbing Ltd. I am an owner in the business and it was me who went to do some work for this lady. She had some unrealistic expectations which I tried in vain to explain to her. I was told I was around the 4th plumber to be involved in this project. I now know why no one else ever went back, some even leaving tools etc. on site just because they could not deal with her. After determining she was not someone I wanted to have as a client based on her actions, attitude and warnings from other tradespeople on site. I just wanted to be paid for the services I had already rendered. Knowing what she is like, I decided to bring a witness with me for my own safety. After arriving, she refused to answer the door, and started screaming at us through her window that we weren't getting a penny from her...this after she agreed to pay on the phone. I work very hard, it is not an easy living and I have plenty of very happy clients. I also like to get paid for the work I do. At one point she threatened to call the police, but I was already on my phone talking to them, explaining the situation. Finally someone pulled into the driveway and went into the house, soon coming out and tapped on my window. I rolled my window down and he literally through the money at us and said some more derogatory things. In my opinion, Deb Dobson is a bully and and deliberately caused friction with every trade that I spoke to, some were even afraid to talk.....I would like to also present this as a warning to other trades she may contact for work in the future, do yourself a favour and avoid this person at all costs, it just isn't worth it sometimes.

This should be your first phone call! Love these people. They've been my go-to professionals for three new furnaces, hot water tanks, a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, and much more. They service my 130 year old house with three apartments, my business, and my elderly fathers house. I can trust them with a key to the house. They come when I need them and always go above and beyond with service. I know when they're finished, the job will be done right and at a fair price.

Dave Martin is an honest plumber who’s been doing business in North tonawanda all of his life. He’s fair in price and thorough in his work. He did all of the plumbing for our kitchen and bathroom , installed new toilet, sink and fixtures and we are very happy with the job!

Request a quote even if you are a long-time customer. Had a discrepancy with the invoice. Bill did fix the billing though when asked about it.
