Showed up took 5 hours to do a 3 hour job, broke my light in my mech room, got finger prints and boot prints all over my basement walls, floors, and doors. Sent the inspector to my house without even letting me know he was coming and their final bill was $200 over the original quote. Extremely unprofessional business practices. One of the worst companies I have dealt with yet.

We have used GM Mechanical as our preferred plumbing contractor for over 15 years. They are responsive and easy to deal with. Most importantly, when they do a job we do not have to ask them to come back to fix any mistakes. They do it right the first time. During the cold snap over Christmas 2017 we had a number of emergency calls, including a flood on boxing day which they responded to immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend their services. Will call Cal-Can again and again and again. I highly recommend Cal-Can Plumbing and Heating. Near midnight last night I realized that my furnace was blowing cold air (-25deg. C outside). Did the classic reset with no results so I reached out to Cal-Can as I've had a positive experience with them doing some plumbing work in the past. Sure enough my call was answered even though it was VERY late at night and Adam came out right away to sort it out. Had my furnace back up and running in no time. I'm so grateful to Cal-Can for stepping up in the middle of the night and taking care of my problem and my family. If it wasn't for this speedy service, we would have been in big trouble. THANK YOU! stay away call another company they will suck you dry. I fired them glad I did, called a plumber from Lethbridge saved a bundle, McCance plumber very slow very dishonest.

Did a great install of a new dishwasher. Helped me get it all configured too before going to his next job.

Just has Joe out to fix our furnace. We tried another company but after a week of trying to get him out he quit returning our calls. Called Joe this morning and he was here at 10:00 part in hand and had our furnace fixed within the hour. Had him replace our hot water tank previously and while he was here he noticed a problem with our furnace and fixed that too without us asking. Great service, reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely will use him again.
