I can't say enough about our experience! Jesse was absolutely fantastic! Not only did he do a fabulous job fixing the plumbing gong show we had on the go here, but he was so patient and kind with my 3.5 year old who wanted to follow him around and chat his ear off. Amazing experience! I am also pretty excited to having running water again! If we ever have another plumbing catastrophe, I will be calling you guys!

Very poor customer service. The "gentleman" at the desk was dropping f-bombs with the other employees in spite of my being there with three young kids. He was clearly uninterested in helping me get the right supplies for my plumbing project. In fact, he said that one of the things I needed was currently catching the drips from their leaky roof. The only advice he offered was that I should not have bought the house. Thanks buddy. Couldn't tell you about prices or quality.....ended up getting what I needed from another supplier.

Great honest service! Was told by another company I needed several thousands in repairs! Found out that they get paid Commission for what they sell. Manax fixed the problem for a fraction of the price!

Went there looking for a simple replacement part. Had old part, showed front desk lady But since someone was on vacation. She had no idea where to find the new replacement. Weak

December 12, 2014 sink, taps for the sink and bath tub and the kit for a tub was ordered. April 3, 2015 - my bath tub is finally useable. I regret purchasing from this company - it was one frustrating experience after another. First the wrong sink was ordered. Then there was a missing bolt for the bath kit Then the bar for the tub was not adjustable so we had to order another part and then jury rig the parts.. Finally the hand set wouldn't operate directly from the taps - again another 'jury rig' was done. The staff were friendly and tried their best but they were not experienced enough to order the correct parts. Previous staff , who no longer work there, were amazing and gave us so much valuable information. This is why we returned to the company. We will not be going back again.
