Awful customer service and sloppy work. Did not repair any damage caused by them and their carelessness. You can find a more professional plumber.

I used this company to repair my septic system. They did a great job! They had fair pricing and were very polite and got the good done quickly. I have also used them for a few other jobs in my house in the past and have always done great work. Thank you Ben!

Probably the worst service I've ever had, repeatedly at that. Wellington Plumbers screwed up numerous times with my home renovations, and wouldn't take fault for their actions. I had physical proof of their mistakes but they were just rude and arrogant when trying to deal with them. Such a shame as I wanted a local reputable company but was let down.

This is a plumbing wholesaler, specialized in plumbing and HVAC parts and appliances. Their selection in these goods is incredible, something you'd expect to find in bigger cities. We're lucky that Welland has a couple very good wholesalers to buy gas, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical equipment from. I encourage the trades to support these wholesalers when working in the area. The counter service at Bardon is incredible, with many years of experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

NORTH TONAWANDA is a JOKE when it comes to getting a plumber. No one wants to bother getting licensed for NT due to the political B.S. involved. Have tried numerous ways and people to get my mainline working. No luck, and as anyone in NT knows, the sewer issues are catastrophic in NT. Ken is licensed and actually answers the phone. Best part? Less than 40 minutes after the call, he was at my door and clearing root balls from my completely clogged mainline. (I have no trees so they may be decades old) he was prompt, well priced and responsive to my babbling about other things i wanted done in my home. I got free flowing drains, able to shut the windows and use my AC (sewer smell is gone) and live like a 21st century man (imagine weeks of not being able to use a bathroom or sink/shower in your home because no one wants to deal with the NT inspectors) i cannot recommend anyone else after dealing with the B.S. here in NT trying to get a plumber.
