Plumbing

Prompt service: I phoned just before their closing time and they apologized that there wasn't an appointment time available until the next day! The journeyman arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and arranged to get the work done quickly. They mopped up all of the leaked water and the repair was done with minimal disruption. I recommend them.

Not a company that is very good at communicating information at all really. Stuck without hot water and told that they would call around for a part last night but that was the last I heard from them. I called this morning and they have no more information than that they hope the part comes in today. Can't tell me the price either. First impression is not very good. If I were you I'd try another company first.

I hired Hydro-flo to replace all the mechanicals in my older home. They replaced furnaces, added air conditioning and replace my hot water tank with an high efficiency on-demand system. They treated my home with the utmost respect. Very impressed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I called and left a voicemail, and within an hour I got a call back and Gary was over immediately and had my problem fixed in 20 minutes. Gary was polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. I would look to them again in the future.

Cleeve had a friendly, pleasant & professional manner. He explained well the estimate and the membership so it was easy to understand. I will choose him for any service in future to be done.

We had an issue with our Navien unit as we weren't getting any hot water. I called another plumbing company before Harmcor but they didn't get back to me until the next day. The receptionist at Harmcor was very accommodating and she said that although their Navien specialist is all booked up for the day, but they will try their best to get it looked at ASAP, and she gave me updates on when the technician will be able to come over. When the technician came he was very thorough and he had to come a second time to replace a part. I felt he gave great advice on getting the Navien unit looked at before winter sets in to ensure all the parts are in good working order. As an aside, the plumbing company that installed the unit, Jetco, gave us the wrong information on the unit not needing a yearly flush which resulted in us spending hundreds on getting the Navien serviced. I never call Jetco for any servicing and I would recommend others to avoid them. I would highly recommend Harmcor for their excellent customer service and their thoroughness in servicing.

Needed a new hot water tank for my home, great service at a reasonable price! Will also be using them to install AC in the summer :)

Mike is awesome. He always helps us out in emergency situations. He even helped us on New Year's Eve when no one else was answering their phone. His fees are reasonable too.

The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. Great showroom for ideas and visuals so one is better able to envision their own space before they make a purchase. Thank you Tyson for putting up with me lol, you have made shopping for plumbing parts enjoyable 💕

Mike was the best, a super professional plumber, and also a great guy. High recommend their services.

Called a week ahead. Got the appointment time I wanted. They came on time. The plumber, Brad, was super quick, super friendly. The repairs (kitchen tap and bathtub faucet) work perfectly. Easy 5/5

I had David and his crew do an ventilation install on our new Jewelry Repair Shop. The job was done beautifully and myself and the building owner were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend there services.

Amazing services. I loved the tour of their office. The standards of customer satisfaction that they have adopted as an organization is off the charts.

Great plumbers who do quality work. They are polite and take the time to explain things. They don’t cut corners, and they do a really great job. We’ve been clients for a number of years now, and actually, I have nothing but good things to say. Very satisfied.

We have a rental property and have had to have a furnace fixed as well as a hot water heater replaced. They were able to fix a problem that another company had come out twice to fix but didn't have the ability to diagnose. They were both professional and efficient getting us back up and running.

Had Habberjam do the plumbing for our renovation. They were excellent to deal with. They were accommodating with schedule changes and the quality of work was great. Also recently did a furnace replacement with them. Job went very smoothly and pricing was best I found in the market.

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service! Woke up Boxing Day to cold house. Problem with furnace. Called Vigor as they installed the system years ago. Technician called back to say would be there within an hour and he was. Fixed the issue but most impressed with his attitude and demeanour. Made me feel that my business was important to him. Cost was very reasonable especially since on a holiday. I am sooooo happy we chose them in the first place. They service what they sell and take pride in their work and customer relationship. The are the BEST!!!

Would recommend this company to anyone. Very satisfied with the quality of work.
