Plumbing

Frank was great. Fixed my leaking water pipe in record time. No fuss, no muss. Pretty much exactly what I want from a plumber. Will definitely call him again.

FANTASTIC! Had a hot water heater issues. I did some asking around and everyone was telling me I needed a new heater. Over the phone Gavin said the hot water heater did not need to be replaced. So I said come on over. Right on time he was in and out within 30 mins and I had hot water pressure again. Cost me even less then he quoted. Will call him again.

Big Springs Plumbing was fantastic!! The staff was always timely, polite and easy to work with. The mini split unit works perfectly and we are very happy about how quiet and attractive it turned out to be. The job was done neatly and cleaned up professionally before leaving the work site. There was a small communication error between myself and Big Springs Plumbing. They swiftly corrected this error without any hassle. I am extremely pleased with the purchase from Big Springs Plumbing and plan on using them again in the future.

Staff is likeable, knowledgeable and helpful

Frank went above and beyond I couldn't be happier, the price was the best I've seen and he found a lot of legitimate problems I couldn't see with my plumbing. I will always use his services in the future and will have absolutely no problem referring him to my friends and family.

Fast service, nice crew and affordable. Glad we chose High Mark Plumbing for our remodel, will be referring others to you

Had a crack in main abs drain pipe. Plumber was done in less than an hour. Repair looks and works great. Reasonable rate.

Awesome service and great prices!! Thanks Brandon & Jerry for your quick assistance.

Disappointed with the service here. I spoke with the owner and he abruptly told me, “he was to busy for my business” and hung up the phone.

Had such an amazing experience from the crew at Crystal Waters! They took my budget into account and showed me different options on how I could get the best value for my budget. The installers were efficient and knowledgeable showing me how to use and maintain my new equipment. I highly recommend them and will use them on my next project.

I am one of the unit owners of a 6 unit condo in the Marda Loop area. Last Fall we had a backup in the main sewer line. The situation was complicated; without getting into the details, we had an extremely difficult time diagnosing and fixing the problem. After trying 3 plumbing companies, the City (4 times), and a restoration company, unable to fix the issue, we finally had Calgary Roto Rooter on the scene. The owner (Brian), was able to borrow a locating device from a friend to locate and excavate the sewer line in the front yard. The City would not do this, as they were afraid of liability. They went above and beyond and even gave us a discount at the end! I’d recommend their services to anyone; their ability to troubleshoot was what we needed and they were great to work with!
