Plumbing

We have received excellent service from Mike & Steve and very glad that we chose to go with them.

I have known Terry for nearly my whole life. He was the person who would come in and take the toys out of our toilets after my sister and I had clogged them with whatever we could find. It's rare that you find a couple kids that are excited when the plumber comes over, However, with Terry it's believable. He would always make us laugh and to this day (17 years later) he is still the same personable, business man that he was then. If you want someone that will provide you a quality service, an honest price, and someone who is excited to do what they do, call Terry.

The folks at Sheehan really saved me and my family a lot of grief with the recent work they did for us. After going 12 days (!) without hot water due to our Navian unit breaking down, and unsuccessful attempts by a different company to fix it during this time, Brandon and Derrick were able to diagnose the issue and get the unit fixed up same day. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Thanks guys! I will be recommending you without hesitation to anyone who needs the services you offer.

Great company to deal with, fast, professional and competitively priced

Amazing service, Giorgio is an honest man and true to his work. He has been in the industry since he was 15 and local to the Lower Mainland, and I think he's close to retirement? Anyways, great guy and he teaches you preventive measure on plumbing, very few of these old school hardworking plumbers left. I fully recommend! Keep up the awesome work!

Pipe Dreams Plumbing was very reliable and affordable in a very unaffordable city. I live in Kitsilano and Pipe Dreams responded very quickly and replaced my garburator at half the price as other quoted plumbers. While servicing my home they also connected my washing machine which Sears wanted to charge me $129 for. Very happy with the service and professionalism of this company and would highly recommend these guys without looking further.

Great Company to work with! Installed plumbing in three of our DT restaurants on a tight deadline. They continue to service us and our many backflows.lol

Richard is reliable, knowledgeable, and does quality work. He has fixed three separate problems in our house (on three separate calls), and has done an excellent job each time. We will call him for all our future plumbing needs.

Friendly and helpful. I would recommend them again forsure

Very helpful. Didn't try to upsell me on something that I didn't need. I will be using them on my rental in Burnaby in the next few weeks.

I buy Lots at this place for the last few years. They always take good care of me have what I needed at the right price. an excellent wholesaler.

Steve was wonderful! When we had a pipe disaster, he went above and beyond to make sure we had water when our out of town company came in. He really saved the day! He is easy to work with and reliable. He's doing more work for us in the near future.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. Never showed up for 4 days. Never returned calls. Asked him to work a gas fitting and water line job for some new appliances. To quote the job he arrived at our house ontime within an hour of meeting him and gave a good comprehensive walk through of the job. Gave a reasonable, fair price and we agreed we would get it done when Fortis installed gas at our house in late September. Job was worth $400-$600 of gas fitting and water line installations. We removed the appliances from our kitchen and waited for his install. Booked him on September 21 and he advised a Tuesday 8:30 start on Sept 27. He texted me at 8:04 am on the 27th and said he would come the next day. He did not show up to work. I have called and texted him multiple times and received no response. He completely abandoned the job with no notice. This Plumber left a family of 5 high and dry with no cooking appiances or fridges in their kitchen for over four days.

Colin and his team were amazing. They had to excavate our rec room, as it had a broken pipe that was part of the sewage main line. Colin and his team, came in when they said they were going to, constantly showed up every day and finished on schedule. There was no unnecessary noise, and no surprises on the bill at the end of the job. I would highly recommend that if you need any plumbing done, you don't hesitate to use Colin and his team at District Plumbing! Aaron B. - Esquimalt
