Might be a great guy but I wasn't impressed with his customer service.! Charged an elderly family member almost $100.00 to turn a value tighter so the water didn't leak. **THIS was after we asked if we should try tightening the valve and he said NO!!!!! Not impressed.

Was new to the area. Got a couple quotes and selected Jim Shipp due to their high rating with BBB. Had to move a bunch of water lines, had a sump pump installed, new water lines and a sewage pump alarm. They missed a couple small things but came back and completed the work within their original price. Very satisfied with their service, will use again.
