Plumbing

The technician Klaus from Ashton Service Group is very professional and skillful. He figured out the issue and solved it quickly. During the process he explained things to us. We strongly recommended.

I called them to fix a valve in my boiler. He came and told me my circulating pump needed repair - but all the other zones were working so I said no. He left and my entire house failed. I have an 8 month old baby and he left us in the cold! I will be reporting this to the BBB unless they fix the problem

Crestwood Plumbing was incredibly helpful - Bill was able to come out on short notice, and resolved everything quickly and with a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Food prices. Friendly staff

We had some leaking faucets that were tough to fix because the access was tiled over and the faucet manufacturer had changed hands. They were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem with suitable replacement parts in one afternoon. Good, solid service.

Great group of honest professionals.

Honest, fair, competent, reliable, professional, and friendly are the best words that I would use to describe the services my family has received from All Time Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning Ltd.. For the past two years I have used their services in 3 separate occasions. In total, they installed 2 Lennox furnaces and 1 Bradford White hot water tanks for my two properties. Mind you, my experiences have been very positive. Am I happy? Yes, absolutely. Would I recommend their service to anyone who value good services? You bet! This past Summer when my old water tank began leaking from bottom in my house in Surrey. I was panic. So, I called All Time Heating which is a licensed gas contract for help. Within an hour or so, Steve, a government-certified professional gas fitter, showed up at my door. He checked the problem carefully, and confirmed that the leaky tank was not repairable. Steve gave me a quote for replacing it. I found his quote to be reasonable. As a result, he got the job done for us quickly and professionally on the same day. While Steve was still on site, I asked him to do me a favour which he agreed cheerfully. I wanted him to inspect my old furnace which had probably reached a time for replacement. He gave a free comprehensive evaluation on the old furnace. And we all agreed that it was about time of replacing it with a new model in order to save both gas and electricity. Most importantly, to make it save for us. So, a quote was presented and accepted. The following day, we go a new Lennox furnace installed by All Time Heating. The workmanship was stylish and flawless. Our experience with this company was nothing but positive. Ever since, our gas bill has been lower than ever before. What do I say? Last week, my rental house ran into a no heat situation because an old furnace was broken down to a point which was beyond repair. Guess what? I called All Time Heating again for help. Within a matter of a few hours, a Lennox high efficiency furnace was installed at an excellent price within our budget. While working on site. Their technician solved a problem for an improperly sloped vent pipe for water tank which was previously installed by another company. All Time Heating corrected the problem with new parts free of charge. They did it for us cheerfully. I thought that the best way of recognizing a company's outstanding service is to recommend it to a friend. As a result, I have already referred a family friend to All Time Heating. My friend confirmed that All Time Heating had professionally installed 2 new Lennox furnaces and 2 new Brandford White water tanks for her residence and a rental house in Surrey. She was more than satisfied with the service they had received. To conclude, it was a pleasure to do business with All Time Heating, and it's an equal pleasure to write this review. I found that technicians of All Time Heating are honest, dependable, well trained, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, They have a great sense of responsibility. They took the work to their heart. They did a marvelous job for us every time. Their integrity, reliability, competency, work ethic, and professionalism largely exceeded my expectations. Consequently, I have no hesitation to recommend All Time Heating to anybody who appreciates good service. Sincerely, May . L

Highly recommended for the last 6 years. Our guy Sean is very professional, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions.

We needed our hot water simply turned on and they charged $400 to make sure the system was running smooth and needed some maintenance. Same problem persists, plus new problems. They seem to make problems where there are none and charge $$$ for them.

Our super hot boiler was no longer running. We called akal to check it out. They were very honest people and recommended we upgrade to the high efficency combi boilers. We went with the navien and its been great. Our house has 4 washrooms and we never run out of hot water and our house is always warm. They finished all the work in one day and there price was great. Call them and you will not be disappointed.

Our radiant heat boiler broke down after 24 years. We called Hillcrest plumbing. Brian and Scott ended up installing a new boiler unit. It's not cheap, but they got the job done at the first time. By the way, communication with Hillcrest and its follow-up work are excellent. We really appreciate their professional knowledge to solve my problem quickly during the sudden cold snap in December. Thank you very much.

Disappointing. Did not meet expectations of a so-called reputable company because of two reasons: 1. Was told minimum charge for a call was 1-hour, so why tell customers first half-hour is $110? We were charged an hour for replacing a leaking fill valve supply hose. Does it really take that long for a licensed plumber to do that? 2. Customer service agent who took call did not pass on our request for plumber to inspect second washroom and replace aging supply hose at the same time. When asked why request was missed, was told they will happily get another technician to go back, but customer has to pay for a "new job" (when this could have been done during initial call). NOT likely to recommend.

Hired asap, they were by far the most professional plumbing company i have ever hired!! I recommend them completely! Very friendly and good prices.

Worst of worst service in the calling!!!!! The price is very high, unreasonable. As i am a general contractor, i paid to my journeyman $45 - 55$ per hour. You guys charge to client 275$ of first calling and traveling charge plus hourly charge. It seems too high. Last year I got a service from your company. To replace hot water tank and cleaning of furnance. At that time I was in Edmonton to build hotel and warehouse. Even though your price was high at that time, I did. Today I called again to get service because I am in Edmonton. A guy got a call and explained price again. He told me a plumber will visit at my home late night. Suddenly he changed his mind and hang up on me . The reason I was laugh at him. It is very FUNNY. I am not laugh at him as calling. Anyway don't do business like that. Also I felt very bad. I did disclose the price of plumbing industry even though YOU GUYS NEVER CHANGE YOUR PRICE. GOOD LUCK!!!

I use Bartle and Gibson several times a week. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure I get the quality products I need at competitive prices.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing gas services. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and the price quote was accurate :)
