20180116 I took a 20 year old laundry room faucet to them to get parts. They had the repair parts and fixed it immediately for me. I took it home and reinstalled it and now works like new for a lot less cost than a new faucet. This level of service is above and beyond reasonable expectations. Knowledgeable and helpful. I hired Jim from MBH Mechanical to do change got water tank and move to a different room. I was unable to be there the day of the install because I needed to work. I had asked Jim to get his son to come by sometime to take a look at all the electrical in the basement. Jim took it upon himself without contacting me or telling my wife who was home at the time that he was going to get his son to install a new plug down stairs next to the water heater all though there was already a plug there. His son installed the new plug and went upstairs to my wife with a debit machine in hand and demanded payment of almost 700 for one plug. My wife who knew nothing of this and could not reach me at work assumed it was ok and payed him. Later when my wife was able to reach me and told me this I called Jim right away and demanded answers to this additional cost. He proceeded to tell me the plug already down there may not be good enough so he had his son put new one. After a argument jim who was installing water heater hurried as quick as he could to finish job and ran all water lines wrong and over top of my joists rather then drilling holes. Once I confronted him about the water lines he again apologized and said he would return to fix. Jim was payed in full and never returned to finish the job. Jim also does not give out his cell phone number. If you want to reach Jim you must call his wife at office and you will not getter called back. Lesson learned, dont hire contractor that doesn't give out his cell phone number. Obviously something shady going on. Plumber Jim and Jim Jr are crooks beware!

Stevenson's take care of both our business and residential needs. The scope of work they have performed for us over they years is extensive. We have never been disappointed with the quality of work or their ability to deliver within the timeline that they provide. In all cases the work performed was billed at the quoted rate (unless we decided to upgrade some aspect of the job). The largest contributor to my positivity on this company is their ability and capability to handle ALL aspects of our plumbing, heating and electrical needs. Like most working people we find ourselves very busy so I appreciate the fact that Stevenson's can handle all of our needs and we just need to make 1 call. I would recommend Stevenson to my friends and family without hesitation.
