My wife called these guys because we had a leak in the cupboard under our kitchen fawcet , they came in and turned the water on an said we needed a new one .. they were here not even two minutes and sent is an 80 dollar bill in the mail .. The problem was not fixed at all even with the replacement under the sink. When we called to ask about the bill they said there was a fourty something dollar truck fee added on. So basically if you want someone to come to your house, tell you what you already know then leave and not fix the problem and charge you for it these are the guys to call

If you need a new water line run to your house, call Air-Dee. Seriously, there is no one better or more reasonable in Rochester that does this job. They were polite, professional, clean, and all skilled tradesmen. It took them about four hours to get through a giant rock underground, but they kept at it, busted it up, and ran my new copper perfectly. The best part is that they use a "missile" drill and were able to bore a hole for my water line without tearing up my yard. Highly recommended!
