I have used Taylor Heating for over 20 years and have yet to be disappointed not only in the craftsmanship, but the quality of the guys that work on each job! These guys both went the extra mile to ensure that the plan was a good one for the age of my home and with as little disruption as possible. Always professional and they clean up so well, you wouldn’t even know they had been here!!

It was important to fix jobs

Botched job. Left us with more property damage than the cost of his job. We had to hire a contractor to fix what he screwed up! Do yourself a favor sand call a more well known contractor. go to find out he doesn't even have up to date permits with town of gates or Greece! Gatti Plumbing came, in uniform, put on slippers..... wow what a huge difference!

Have always used them and theyve been great. This week had an issue with flow out of the house and scott barefoot came out and fixed the problem in about a half hour at a very affordable price. Thanks again scott!!! I wont use anyone else.

Mike and his crew have done several jobs for us. They have always been professional, courteous, prompt and fairly priced. Owning two businesses I have occasions to require plumbing services much more frequently than the average person - I will not call anyone else.

Andy did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He has been to my home a few times, fit me in to his schedule very fast. Did an amazing job both times, as this house is a plumbers nightmare. Highly recommended!

I found them online and saw that they offer $20 off to the first time customers. I called, mentioned the online promotion and was told that they offer free estimates and don't change for showing up at the house.... so I had them come out the same day to unplug the drain from the house to the main road and give me a quote on some additional work that is needed. They did the work fine and quoted me $3k for additional work....but when I got the final bill there was $40 fee for showing up and the $20 discount was not applied. When I called the office the person that I spoke with told me that he was new and was not aware of the fee. He also had to call me back about about the $20 discount, which he was told could not me applied because it had to be printed and shown to the mechanic. BUT WHY? You advertise it on you website and I mentioned when I called. BUNCH OF BS..... They had the decency to follow up to see if I will use them for the quote they they give me......NOOOO
