Have done several different things at my house and have always been professional and fair! :-)

Although the guys did a decent job, the secretary completely messed up our bill, overcharging us by a substantial amount. When we called for explanation of the billing she could not provide a breakdown. We were treated like we were the ones trying to rip them off. All we wanted was a fair and accurate bill for the labour and parts. She was extremely rude and unprofessional every time we spoke. Owner was a little more helpful but same unprofessional attitude. Word of mouth goes a long way and for the prices they charge, they should be a little more courteous to customers. Asked around and we aren't the only ones who experienced this. Double check your bill if you deal with them!!!

Best service ever! Roto Rooter had a crew at my house 30 minutes after I called for a flooded basement. They were courteous and their work ethic was impeccable. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing or drain problems.

Fixed my pump (in the river), moved my water heater, new sump pump for laundry tub etc etc ... all done , works great and professional work!

When we moved into our house 4 years ago, We had Laclaire Fleming run gas lines for our gas dryer and stove. They also repaired several issues in the plumbing and installed shut-off on every line. A couple years later replaced our hot water heater, the following year repaired a toilet leak. This summer they cleaned out 30 years of sludge from our sewer lines.
