Very helpful. They were very prompt, they came over late on a Friday afternoon and stayed until the job was finished properly. The guy was very nice. The waterjet did get hung up in the pipe and was stuck for quite a while. Tried unsuccessfully to use the camera to see what it was stuck on but could not get the camera around the corner due to the waterjet hose being in the way. I feel that the price is a bit high at $550 for the first 2 hours then $250 an hour after that.

If you're not an actual plumbing/heating professional and don't have an account make sure you know what you want before you go in. Counter staff tend to be extremely rude and abusive if you need help or don't know what you want. I'd recommend avoiding this place and go to Wolseley on the other side of town.
