Franco, your septic tank system needs serious repair. In order for you to have the repairs done, you have to have permits and you also have to have an engineer design it specifically for your property. You asked me to do a temporary repair on something that cant be repaired. I Vince Marche have been in business for 40 years and do not install or repair septic tank systems without permits and it's not my responsibility to get you a permit. You have to call the City and the City will inform you on what you have to do. I will be doing a random check on this property to make sure you have the proper permits to repair this system. I do not own Action Drainage & Plumbing, my name is Vince Marche and I am who you were dealing with.

Absolutely shameful that this company charge $160 to relight the pilot light. I would NEVER use this company again. My gas stove had a leak and the gas was turned off and the pilot light went out. I called them to let them know I didn't have any hot water and this is what they charged me to relight it, after their technician left it out after he did the work. Called to complain about the exorbitant charge and Julie spoke over me the entire time I was talking. Actually commended their company for not charging me for MATERIALS. IT WAS A MATCH USED TO LIGHT THE PILOT. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I got Bobs name from a friend and came recommended. I had an issue where I installed a sink basket drain incorrectly and was leaking badly and i felt like I was not going to be able to fix it, I needed him asap which he came over and got under the sink, the hob job I did to stop the dripping was bad and he seemed to think it was fine and then went ahead and fixed something else under the sink which I did not believe needed fixing but he did. So the original problem wasn't fixed and several months later I called him letting know I was not happy what I paid you to fix was not ever fixed. He then got angry with me because he thought I was trying to screw him and he knows "people like me" well you dont' know people like me and now I am writing you a negative review. I had other work for you but I will look for someone else now. I would think twice before using this guy.

They are very Expensive???,,.. Far more interested in money than in service although they pretend they care: 'how can I make your day better'! Wow! You could have known what you were doing before arriving at my house, by asking some common sense field questions on the initial phone call, and then sending out a guy that knows his business. Or, you could have not spent a half hour in your truck waiting for your 'ipad issues' to be dealt with as you wasted my time to fulfill your mandatory two hour block. Or, finally, you could have known what to do with my product after you supposedly assessed it.

My project was a difficult one and these guys and their crews were extremely patient and understanding. The project could have easily got away on me, but the owner kept track of everything and made it very stress free. All I had to do was pay the bill, and a very reasonable bill at that. Great company, highly recommend.

Would highly recommend. Had hot water tank replaced. Kevin and Brandon were professional, and mindful of property when moving tank into and out of basement. Very neat and tidy installing.
