They installed all plumbing for our brand new house and forgot to solder some joints as well as installed 2 cold water lines throughout our main floor instead of 1 cold and 1 hot. Just had reliance out as after multiple trips including the plumber redoing the lines, reliance told us the supply lines to the water heater/ house are done wrong and need to be redone. They also wrote the wrong model numbers for fixtures we picked then tried to charge extra to have the correct fixtures installed. Not to mention they are not accommodating at all for customers to come into their show room forcing me to take time off work and they still got everything wrong.
